Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope! Super Coffee subscriptions always ship for free.

Can I cancel at any point? 

Yes! You can cancel at any time, by logging into your account or texting us. Need assistance? Just send us a message at family@kitulife.com.

What can I edit within my subscription (i.e. frequency, flavor, etc.)?

We want to make sure you have as much control as possible with your subscription! You can:

  1. change the frequency of your shipments
  2. move the next ship date of your order to any date of your choice
  3. add or swap flavors and products
  4. add special discounted one-time items ;)
  5. change your shipping address, etc!

All of these options can be managed through logging into your account or through our text messaging system, but feel free to email us if you have any trouble at family@kitulife.com.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the date of your subscription renewal (ex. every 4 weeks), and your order will ship within two days.

Can I add a limited edition seasonal flavor to my subscription order one-time?

Yes! If these products are still available when your subscription is being processed you will receive a text message or email prompting you with an option to add them as discounted one-time purchases. However because these flavors will eventually sell out, our system cannot tie them to repeating orders. If you have any trouble, email our team at family@kitulife.com.

Why is it saying I don’t have an account when I try to log-in?

Upon purchasing our subscription, you should have received an email that asks to activate your account. If that link is not clicked our system will not "recognize" your email and password should you try and log in. Please send us an email at family@kitulife.com and we will resend that activation email to you! Once that is clicked you will be able to access your orders and make any changes to your subscription.
